- Generating adult or sexually explicit content: You must not use our AI tools to create, request, or attempt to generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult ("NSFW") content. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexual acts, and content that sexualizes minors. Violation of this term will result in immediate account termination.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
These standards apply to all content submitted to, requested from, generated through, or shared using Morfx 3D, including input images, prompts, reference materials, generated 3D models, texture maps, and previews. You must not upload, request, generate, or distribute any of the following through the service, or attempt to bypass safeguards to do so:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content: Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, and other adult or NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation: Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors, including synthetic or fictional depictions.
- Violent or gory content: Content depicting or promoting violence, torture, mutilation, dismemberment, graphic injuries, bloodshed, or cruelty to people or animals; threats of violence; or material encouraging terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech and hateful content: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Deepfakes, impersonation, and misuse of likeness: Deceptive synthetic depictions that make a real person appear to say or do something they did not; impersonation of another person; or use of another person's face, image, voice, or likeness without the necessary consent or authorization. This includes applying someone's likeness to a 3D model or its textures to deceive, harass, defame, or falsely imply endorsement.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproductions of protected artwork, characters, logos, branded designs, models, or textures. You must hold the rights, permission, or other lawful basis necessary to use your inputs and resulting outputs.
AI generation does not grant permission to use another person's likeness or intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and use of generated assets comply with these standards and applicable law.
Reporting Violating Content
Anyone, including a person without a Morfx 3D account, may report suspected violations by emailing support@morfx.net with the suggested subject Content Report. You may use this channel to report generated content, uploaded materials, misuse of your likeness, or suspected copyright or trademark infringement.
Please include:
- The content URL, generation task ID, or other details that help us locate the content.
- The reason for the report and the content standard or right you believe has been violated.
- Relevant supporting information, such as a description, safe screenshot, or a link to the original work. For intellectual property or likeness complaints, explain your relationship to the affected person or rights holder and any authority to act on their behalf.
- An email address where we can contact you for clarification and a response.
Do not download, attach, or redistribute illegal material, especially child sexual abuse material, to make a report. Provide identifiers and a description instead. Submit reports in good faith; deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves violate these Terms.
Content Review and Enforcement
- Receive and assess: Our support team reviews reports, checks whether the content can be identified, and requests clarification where needed. Reports involving suspected child exploitation, credible threats, or imminent harm are prioritized.
- Investigate: We assess the available evidence, relevant inputs, generated models and textures, and related account activity against these standards and applicable law. Human review is used to assess reported violations; we may request information from the uploader or affected rights holder. We may temporarily restrict access to reported content or the related account while investigating.
- Take action: If a violation is established, we may remove or disable access to content under our control, restrict generation or sharing, issue a warning, suspend or terminate an account, or take other appropriate action based on the severity and recurrence of the violation. Severe violations, including child sexual exploitation, may result in immediate termination. We may preserve relevant evidence and notify or cooperate with competent authorities where required by law.
- Communicate the outcome: Where contact information is available, we will communicate the outcome to the reporter and, where appropriate, the affected account holder, subject to privacy, safety, and legal restrictions. We cannot disclose another user's personal information or confidential investigation details. Review time depends on the urgency, complexity, and completeness of the report.
- Allow review of a decision: If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to the outcome email or contact support@morfx.net with the subject Content Appeal, the content or case identifier, and your reasons and any additional evidence. We will reassess the decision and communicate the result, restoring access where appropriate and technically possible.
These procedures do not guarantee that every input or output is reviewed before generation or publication. You remain responsible for complying with our content standards even if content is not automatically blocked. Our handling of personal data in reports is described in the Privacy Policy.
