• Close your account: Sign in, open Account Settings, select Delete Account, enter Delete My Account, and select Confirm. Alternatively, email us to request account closure, including if you cannot sign in. Account closure ends your access to the account and its generated assets. Download any assets you wish to keep and cancel any active subscription before proceeding; contact support if you need help with cancellation.

A subject such as Data Rights Request or Account Deletion Request helps us route your email, but is not required. Do not send your password or full payment card details.
